城市里由于汽车太多了，路上太拥堵，所以采用单双号限行原则。周一、周三和周五车牌尾号为单数汽车不能开，周二、周四和周六双号汽车不能开，周日都能开。告诉你a表示汽车尾号和b表示今天是周几，这辆汽车今天能够开。（0<=a<=9，1<=b<=7）
